Finances

There are different payment options available. Homes (regardless of size) can be leased on a monthly basis, a loan/lease basis or a 15-year pre-paid rent plan. The pre-paid rent is amortized over 15 years and any usused portion is returned after you leave your home.

A $500 security deposit and a monthly service fee based on the size of the home is required.

We require a $250 application fee when applying for residency in Sierra Village.

Currently we have a waiting list for some units, and all applications are handled in the order they are received.
